Since the inception of WORLDBUS in 2019, we have maintained a customer satisfaction policy that has kept our service subscription fees unchanged. However, as we are all aware, energy costs have been rising steadily over recent years, particularly in the past year. It is no longer feasible to maintain this pricing policy, and regrettably, we are compelled to implement an increase in our service fees, despite our desire to avoid doing so.
The updated service fees will soon be reflected on our website. This price increase will not affect the current billing cycle and will only apply to new cycles starting from the next billing period.
To continue our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are introducing special discounts for customers who choose to make payments in advance. Discounts ranging from 5% to 15% will be applied to those opting for quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payment plans, helping to mitigate the impact of the price increase.
These changes will take effect starting from November 1, 2024.
